NeoTerra 106 is a residential project in Alsancak, North Cyprus. Building on the visual identity we previously established for NeoTerra, we scaled the brand to accommodate a larger development while seamlessly integrating the "106" identifier without disrupting brand recognition. Within the brochure, we establish a brief opening scene before moving straight into the core information, so the overall complex is understood quickly and without friction.
We kept the tagline “Sleek Living Simplified" as our guiding benchmark for both editing and tone. It established a practical rule: fewer, clearly prioritized, decisions. This approach allowed the brand to remain cohesive even as the number of residential units increased. It also helped shape a direct narrative focused entirely on the project’s primary purpose: short stays and continuous use.
In terms of visual identity, we refined the typography and layout to give "106" a clear, balanced hierarchy. The physical morphology of the homes, inspired by traditional clay architecture and its softened, curved edges, served as the foundation for our visual compositions and supporting graphic assets. We preserved an earthy, natural color palette tied to the surrounding environment, ensuring seamless brand continuity across the cover, interior spreads, and closing sections.
This same logic was extended into shared spaces such as the pool and gym. We designed minimal iconography and selected a clean, highly legible typeface to provide wayfinding and usage instructions without visual clutter. Ultimately, the project materializes into a cohesive brochure with a structure that perfectly balances the brand, headlines, messaging, and fine details, serving as a highly effective promotional tool.
