Edremit Hub is a mixed-use development designed to become a commercial and cultural reference point in Kyrenia, in Northern Cyprus. Commissioned by Kibris Developments, we set out to create a clear property brand architecture that organises the experience of a place where retail, art, and hospitality seamlessly intersect. This strategic framework was then applied across a commercial dossier and diverse promotional assets.
The challenge was achieving conceptual coherence across different functionalities. We established "Edremit Hub" as the umbrella brand that anchors the entire project, and structured the narrative into distinct categories: Gastronomy, Art, Business, and Accommodation, allowing users to intuitively to navigate the complex as a clear service map intuitively. At the heart of this ecosystem sits Kolektif, an artisan bakery and co-working space that serves as the social engine and central connection point for the entire Hub.
For the logotype design, we sought a reference that felt direct without becoming literal. We took the building’s physical form and simplified it into a repeatable graphic symbol that works at any scale. The visual system uses color functionally as a wayfinding tool, helping identify specific zones without compromising the complex's overarching unity. Meanwhile, the tone of voice remains direct, focusing on the tangible value the project offers to both investors and everyday visitors.
We rolled out this cohesive system across all project touchpoints, from the sales brochure and digital landing page to dynamic video pieces and large-format billboards. Ultimately, the brand remains consistent across all formats, functioning as compelling sales material that communicates both the grand opening and the everyday rhythm of life at Edremit Hub.
