At BergaGonzález, we created the architectural visualization, photorealistic renderings, and CGI animation for Villa Silencio, a residence located in the exclusive area of Cap Martinet, Ibiza.
Designed by Blakstad, with interiors by Ibiza Interiors and landscape design by Ibiza Exteriors, the project required visual material that could express its Mediterranean character and privileged coastal setting.
Our team collaborated closely with the interior and landscape designers, testing materials, lighting, spatial configurations, and exterior compositions.
Through CGI imagery and iterative refinements, we shaped a cohesive visual narrative supported by photorealistic renderings and an architectural animation that conveys the essence of Villa Silencio and its strong connection to the Mediterranean landscape.
The architecture of Villa Silencio is organized around two symmetrical volumes, each composed of a ground floor and an upper level, separated by a central access axis that structures the arrival sequence and leads toward the pool and garden area. Both bodies have a strong, grounded presence, defined by a massive architecture finished in continuous earthy tones that anchor the house to the site and reinforce its Mediterranean character.
On the facade facing the pool and gardens, these volumes open up, creating large windows, porches, and generous terraces that take full advantage of the orientation, the connection to the landscape, and the views toward the sea. This transition between a more introverted frontage and one that opens completely defines the project's identity, integrating architecture, light, and nature into a single gesture.
The landscaping of Villa Silencio is conceived as a lush and carefully structured Mediterranean garden, where vegetation and architecture blend naturally. In the exterior renderings, you can see how the planted areas combine with generous shaded zones created by pergolas covered in climbing plants such as jasmine, offering outdoor spaces where residents can take refuge from the sun and enjoy the tranquility of the Ibiza setting. The planting design takes into account the island’s climate and landscape, using Mediterranean species such as lavender, sage, rosemary, stipa, and santolina to form a resilient, low-water-use vegetation base.
At the heart of this landscape lies an impressive pool of nearly twenty meters that organizes the space and offers the residents a place to swim and relax. The combination of vegetation, shade, water, and open areas creates an ideal setting to experience the climate, the views, and the distinctive atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast of Ibiza.
In the interiors of Villa Silencio, the visualizations played a key role in testing materials, furniture, and lighting until achieving a result that satisfied both the design team and the client. The final proposal is built around an earthy color palette that remains consistent with the overall concept of the project, creating a warm and balanced atmosphere.
The interior design combines recognizable and iconic furniture pieces with noble materials such as wood, ceramics, and natural textiles used in rugs and upholstery. The spaces feel sophisticated without being overloaded, offering a calm and refined elegance. This approach results in interiors that match the standard of the most exclusive villas in the area, where every element contributes to the character and coherence of the whole.
The lower ground floor of Villa Silencio offers a completely different atmosphere from the upper levels, designed as a space dedicated to leisure, wellness, and social moments. In the architectural visualizations and interior renderings, this level reveals a garage with room for at least six cars, a games and bar area, a dance room, and a fully equipped gym. It captures the spirit of Ibiza: sunlight, calm, and relaxation during the day, and by night, energy, enjoyment, and a more vibrant social life shared with friends.
The interior design of this floor adopts a more sophisticated and expressive language, with a palette of darker tones, leather textures, and continuous concrete flooring that give the space a stronger and more masculine character. The project’s carefully considered lighting enhances this atmosphere, reinforcing the contrast with the softness and brightness of the upper levels. Altogether, this floor becomes a retreat for entertainment and wellbeing, a place to work out, gather, and disconnect completely from the outside world.
