One La Mola is a villa in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca. We developped the property's branding and visual identity for its commercial launch, applying the system primarily across a book, a website, and a video.
Our approach involved translating the tangible experience of the home into an editorial system based on simplicity and structure, showcasing the property’s essence without resorting to dense narrative prose.
The content strategy focused on describing the experience of inhabiting the villa through scenes and daily rituals, balancing strong headlines with descriptive captions. The text evokes an exclusive lifestyle: yachts, sea outings, and grand dinners, yet grounds it in simple, sensory pleasures: the breeze at Cala Marmassen, lunch facing the Mediterranean, returning from a dive and moving straight to the jacuzzi, or taking a proper siesta. Simultaneously, it highlights the architectural reality: terraces, pools, gardens, and the private cove, as well as functional details such as the funicular connecting the villa’s levels without relying on stairs.
The name One La Mola anchors the project to its setting, emphasizing its status as a unique residence. The tagline “Boat Inlet Villa” defines its most distinctive attribute within the broader context of luxury amenities: the private jetty and sea access. The visual identity interprets nautical elegance through a bespoke graphic language, utilizing a green, blue, and white palette, a rhythmic stripe pattern, and the number '1' as a distinctive brand marker.
The result materialized as a book in two formats: a handout edition for prospective buyers and an oversized landscape volume designed to give the presentation a commanding presence. This editorial piece seamlessly integrates storytelling, spatial descriptions, and technical specifications, a consistency that is mirrored in the digital experience to ensure a unified brand presence.
