At BergaGonzález, we delivered the architectural visualization for Nautile, a luxury waterfront villa on Jumeirah Island, with open views towards the Dubai skyline.
The client came to us with a specific requirement: to raise the standard of the previous material, convey exclusivity from the very first impression, and build a visual narrative capable of positioning the project internationally, without relying on promotional language to convey the message.
Supported by interior and landscape consulting, the outcome is a coherent set of CGI images and a 3D architectural animation video, produced as marketing assets for off plan sales.
The architectural animation was structured around one central concept: music. A cellist integrated via chroma sets the rhythm of the film and defines its intent. Built on that, the golden tones of sunrise and sunset bring warmth and beauty, sustaining an elegant atmosphere and reinforcing the positioning required by this type of residence.
From an architectural standpoint, Nautile is presented as a large-scale villa where value is built through decisions. Clear proportions, careful detailing, and wide openings connect the interiors to the pool and garden frontage. Consistent surfaces and controlled reflections support the perception of quality, while the camera repeatedly returns to the sea line and the skyline as part of the value. Materiality is an argument in itself. Travertine, timber, and steel communicate a high standard and a restrained aesthetic.
