Sòl Roig introduces "Luxury Countryside Living" in Campos, Mallorca: an exclusive, gated collection of five new-built villas, each situated on a private plot within 3 to 4.5-hectare estate.
The outdoors dictates the daily rhythm. The porch acts as a natural extension of the living area, the pool anchors long summer afternoons, and the garden seamlessly integrates into the daily routine: breakfasts in the shade, soft natural light indoors, doors left wide open when the Mediterranean weather allows, and evenings that effortlessly stretch into the night. Space, absolute privacy, and time shared, with a constant sense of openness.
We delivered the project as a complete property branding system, developing the naming, visual identity, and brand architecture for both the overarching collection and the individual villas. This shared underlying logic ensures the development reads as a unified whole, while still allowing each home to express its own distinct nuances.
Each villa is identified with a name tied to the local landscape and everyday imagery: S’Olivera, Es Garrover, Sa Figuera, S’Ametler, and Es Taronger. These names structure the collection’s narrative, making the five properties immediately legible. They maintain a direct link to the natural surroundings while reinforcing the unique character of each villa within the broader system.
The visual identity relies on a robust typographic system that supports both the master brand and its individual variations. We materialized the Sòl Roig universe through a promotional brochure, in English and German. The result is a highly adaptable brand, with a contemporary, approachable tone of voice that aligns with the essence of the location: well-resolved countryside living that feels entirely bright and serene.
