At BergaGonzález, we developed the architectural visualization and photorealistic renderings for The Sky Marbella Apartments, a residential project designed by Teodoro Cabrilla and promoted by Rivestia Costa del Sol.
Located in Las Colinas de Marbella, the development stands high above the coastline, offering spectacular views of the sea from every apartment. The client approached us to create a set of impactful CGI images and an architectural video that would communicate the project’s sense of luxury, sophistication, and elevated Mediterranean living.
Our work focused on translating the architectural vision and the interior design concept by Gunni & Trentino into a coherent visual narrative. We produced exterior and interior renderings that highlight the generous terraces, private gardens, and the seamless connection to the landscape.
Throughout the process, we used lighting studies, camera explorations, and material tests to emphasize the refined palette, the spatial quality, and the atmosphere that defines the project. The result is a collection of photorealistic renders and an architectural video that capture the essence of The Sky Marbella Apartments and strengthen its positioning within the high-end real estate market.
The aerial view shows how the project is arranged in a U-shaped layout, allowing all residences—as well as the communal areas—to enjoy open views toward the coast. In the background, The Sky Marbella Villas can be seen, a complementary development that we also represented through architectural visualization and CGI imagery.
The urban design has been carefully integrated into the landscape: faced with the challenge of incorporating the retaining walls that shape the stepped terrain, the solution was to turn them into vertical gardens planted with native species. This landscape design approach allows these structures to blend naturally into the surroundings, softening the terrain levels and enhancing their integration in the renderings and architectural visualizations of the project.
One of the key objectives in the visualizations was to highlight the generous outdoor spaces, an essential part of the experience at The Sky Marbella Apartments. In the image, you can see a large private garden designed to embody Mediterranean outdoor living.
The garden and its spacious porch include an exterior dining area for enjoying the surroundings, a firepit, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, and several lounge areas for different uses and moments of relaxation. On the upper floors, the expansive terraces extend this relationship with the outdoors, opening up the views and reinforcing the connection between architecture and landscape.
Another service we provided for the client was the development of a 360 virtual tour showcasing the interior and exterior design of one of the penthouses. This immersive tool allows viewers to explore the residence in detail, appreciating the quality of the finishes, the spatial layout, and the impressive panoramic views that define The Sky Marbella Apartments.
