Baleyaró is a luxury and ultra-luxury residential development company based in Mallorca. We developed the complete branding package: naming, tone of voice, logo, baseline, visual identity, and corporate collateral.
The company needed to convey a high-standard approach to homebuilding, characterized by contemporary design, comfort, and environmental responsibility. From there, we established our core concept: elegance with conscience.
Corporate Branding
The name Baleyaró is rooted in a Phoenician reference linked to the Balearic slingers. This origin allowed us to craft a name associated with precision, control, Mediterranean heritage, and restrained power. The baseline, "Building Elegance with Conscience," anchors the positioning and summarizes the relationship between design, construction quality, and a commitment to sustainability.
From this foundation, we defined the tone of voice, key messages, and a narrative capable of explaining the company's vision without relying on standard luxury real estate clichés.
Visual Identity
The logo pairs a classically styled wordmark with a symbol constructed from concentric circles. This geometry relates to natural growth, proportion, and balance, drawing inspiration from the hydrangea, a delicate flower that naturally evokes sophistication and elegance.
We selected a restrained color palette of deep blue, golden sand, white, and black, alongside a typographic combination that blends an editorial feel with clear readability across digital and commercial platforms. The result is an understated brand design, tailored for a company selling high-value properties out of Mallorca.
Deliverables
The project concluded with the development of a Brand Book, Social Guidelines, a corporate presentation, stationery, email signature and website.
Several project pitch decks were also delivered to support their promotion and sale, along with other graphic materials.
